Vegan Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough

Who doesn't love cookie dough? This is an alternative to traditional cookie dough, that is much better for you!

Servings 1 person


  • 1/2 cup unsalted, drained and rinsed chickpeas
  • 2 Tbsp PB2 (powdered peanuts) You can find this in the same aisle as peanut butter
  • 1 Tbsp vanilla extract
  • 3-4 drops stevia extract You can also use agave to sweeten
  • 1 Tbsp peanut butter
  • 1 Tbsp dark chocolate chips I use the Enjoy Life brand
  • 2 Tbsp unsweetened vanilla almond milk or cashew milk


  1. Blend everything together except the dark chocolate chips. Fold in the chocolate chips. Devour!
